Houseperson RDC - DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport (Burlingame) (Maintenance)

A Houseperson RDC is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, with a primary focus on deep cleaning of Guestrooms.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson RDC, your responsibilities include:

1. Performing detailed/deep cleaning (e.g., cleaning carpet edges, moving furniture to clean behind and around, cleaning vents/filters, mattress rotation, grout cleaning) of Guestrooms and other designated areas.
2. Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
3. Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, floor waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying.
4. Greeting guests in a friendly manner.
5. Reporting maintenance issues and repair needs.
6. Stocking and maintaining supply rooms as needed.
7. Delivering guest requests and assisting with cleaning guest rooms as required.

The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, depending on experience and location.
