Job summary

Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown is seeking a House-person to join their team and help keep public areas pristine and welcoming. The role supports housekeeping operations, including cleaning, stocking, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have hotel housekeeping experience, be flexible for weekends and holidays, and deliver excellent customer service. The pay range is $16-$17 per hour, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or related hospitality roles.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms).
• Clean rugs and carpets and manage storage closets with linens and supplies.
