Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Houseperson PM for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities

1. Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from guest rooms and carts or storage closets, disposing of them through linen chutes or dumpsters.
2. Maintain hallways, reporting maintenance issues and performing special cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet cleaning, repainting).
3. Deliver guest amenities or special requests to rooms (e.g., rollaway beds, cribs, refrigerators, toiletries).
4. Complete assigned projects as directed by housekeeping managers or supervisors on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
5. Clean stairwells, elevators, and hallways, ensuring they are free of debris and room service trays.
6. Organize and restock housekeeping supply storerooms upon delivery of new supplies and restocking floors.

Qualifications

1. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2. Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests, in person or via phone/radio.
3. Ability to read and understand daily work assignments.
4. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
5. Ability to push/pull up to 250 pounds frequently.
