Job summary

The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and support room attendants. The role requires flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, with physical tasks such as lifting and stocking supplies. Hyatt benefits apply to eligible colleagues.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, deep cleaning of rooms, and ensuring professional service to guests. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.

Summary
The Housekeeping House-person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This position is in-charge of stocking and inventory of housekeeping supplies. Housekeeping duties would also include deep cleaning of guest rooms and assist room attendants with linen. Candidate must have good communication and organization skills and the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position who heavily assists our Room Attendants. This person must be able to work in a professional manner. This position requires flexibility to work AM and PM shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts especially weekends and holidays (mornings, afternoons, and evenings).
• Must have good organization skills.

• Previous housekeeping experience in office, resorts, cruise ships or hotels is an asset.
• Previous experience with HotSOS/Rex is preferred.
