Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes maintaining hotel cleanliness, outdoor work on a large property, and timely handling of linen and waste across duties.

The position requires stamina, the ability to work outside, and lifting tasks; prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred. Full-time team members receive hospitality benefits and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gathers soiled linen, garbage, and deposits in respective areas.
• Delivers housekeeping deliveries to housekeeping storage.
• Strip beds and rooms after guest departures.
• Delivers linen to housekeeping RA throughout the day and removes the trash and dirty linen from cart.

The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, push, and carry a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position. Must be able to work outside

• Gathers soiled linen, garbage, and deposits in respective areas.
• Delivers hskp deliveries to hskp storage
• Strip beds and rooms after guest departures
• Delivers linen to hskp RA throughout the day and removes the trash and dirty linen from cart

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet throughout shift

• Must be able to work 8 am - 4:30 pm during week and 8:30 am - 5 pm during weekends
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
