Schulte Hospitality Group at Graduate by Hilton Eugene is seeking a dynamic Houseperson to maintain hotel public areas and support housekeeping operations. The role requires attention to cleanliness, ability to multitask, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum high school education and at least one year in housekeeping are required. You will clean restrooms, floors, and linens, assist with guest rooms, and deliver items on request.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a housekeeping role.
• Ability to maintain hotel public areas to quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas to meet quality standards.
• Strip linen and trash from guestrooms when necessary.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose of trash.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist in cleaning as needed.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards.
• When necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trash
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
