Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Houseperson to support our Wisconsin hotel operations. You will perform laundry duties, keep public areas clean, and assist guests to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Shifts include 3pm–11pm and 7am–3pm. The role emphasizes guest service and teamwork to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotel feel like home. As a Houseperson, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What will I be doing?

You would be responsible for doing laundry, cleaning public areas, and assisting guests as needed. Everything you do is to help the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service.
