A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, your responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. You will perform tasks to the highest standards, such as:

1. Cleaning designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
2. Performing tasks like dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing trash, and emptying ashtrays.
3. Greeting guests in a friendly manner.
4. Reporting maintenance deficiencies and repair needs.
5. Stocking and maintaining supply rooms as needed.
6. Performing deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves.
7. Delivering guest requests and assisting in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
