HousepersonOverview:

As aHousekeeping Housepersonwith Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to createa clean and inviting lobby and public area for the arrival of our guests. A housekeepinghouse personis a very important role within the hotel wearing many hats and delivering excellent customer service with a smile.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.

• Sweeping and mopping floors.

• Vacuuming carpets.

• Dusting and polishing furniture.

• Emptying trash containers.

• Restock and clean housekeeping closets.

• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.

• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.

• Returning and restocking cleaningsuppliesat shift end.

Job Requirements:
