As a Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. You identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. You perform tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, including:

1. Receiving linen supplies from floor shoots.
2. Maintaining housekeeping carts.
3. Removing trash collected by room attendants.
4. Walking all assigned floors at the beginning and end of shifts to collect newspapers, trash, soiled linen, and newspaper bags.
5. Picking up clean linen and refilling the par stock on each floor pantry.
