Job summary

Peachtree Group is hiring a Houseperson at Residence Inn San Antonio to assist with guest services and maintenance reporting on-site in San Antonio, TX. You will respond to requests from guests and other departments, and help keep guestrooms and public areas clean and orderly.

The role includes delivering linens, removing trash, patrolling floors, and replenishing par stocks, ensuring smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.

Responsibilities

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Description

Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.
