Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Houseperson to keep hallways, stairwells, and common areas clean and stocked, and to assist with delivering supplies and tasks as needed.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a professional appearance and flexible scheduling across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed manner.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive manual tasks.

As a Houseperson at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, you will be cleaning, maintaining and supplying materials to assigned areas of the hotel. This is a great position for a candidate with little to no experience. Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. Just 90 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from Milwaukee, this property is also home to two championship golf courses, WELL Spa and fitness center, Mountain Top Ski Park, award-winning restaurants, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean all assigned areas including vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock all linen closets with proper inventory.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
• Past experience in hotels and customer service a plus.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
