Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Lake Buena Vista is hiring housekeeping staff to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel and to assist guests with inquiries. You will help in housekeeping, laundry, breakfast area, meeting rooms and maintenance as needed to ensure a spotless property.

Excellent guest service is required with a friendly +1 attitude. In addition to base pay, eligible for quarterly bonus up to $3,200, hotel discounts, and free room nights.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform hotel housekeeping services for public areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Assist guests by providing information as requested.
• Assist in all departments to maintain cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude.
