Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a dedicated Houseperson in Jacksonville, FL to keep public areas clean and guest-ready.

You will support the team by transporting linens, restocking supplies, and assisting with room setup to ensure a smooth operation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a guest-service mindset, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Must be able to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.

We are hiring a Houseperson!

As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay.
