Concord is seeking a Houseperson in an on-site role within a Pittsburgh lodging environment. The position involves cleaning, transporting linens, delivering supplies, and ensuring a guest-ready setting during shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining public areas, restocking supplies, assisting room attendants, and supporting safety initiatives. A clean appearance, reliability, and ability to work weekends/holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
