About the Role

The Houseman supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and day ‑ to ‑ day functioning of the property. This role works closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk teams to ensure guest areas, back ‑ of ‑ house spaces, and public zones are consistently clean, stocked, and welcoming. A great Houseman is proactive, detail ‑ oriented, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entryways
• Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, removing trash, and restocking supplies
• Assistwith deep ‑ cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high ‑ dusting
• Respond promptly to guest and team requests foradditionalitems or support
• Ensure all storage closets and housekeeping areasremainorganized and fully stocked
• Transport soiled linens todesignatedareas and distribute clean linens as needed
• Perform light maintenance tasks whenappropriate (changing light bulbs, reporting issues, etc.)
• Support event or operational setups by moving furniture, equipment, or supplies
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and property standards
• Uphold brand presentation and guest ‑ first service at all times
