Prime Group is hiring a Part-time Houseperson in Fort Myers, FL to support hotel public areas and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes hospitality, maintaining a spotless lobby, pool, and restrooms, and assisting with guest needs.

You will uphold brand standards, assist in delivering guest service, and ensure safe, clean operations with proper uniform and equipment handling. The position reports to the Associate Housekeeper and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Display hospitality, professionalism, and respect toward guests, vendors, and co-workers at all times.
• Comply with Prime Hospitality's Company Standards of Service and Brand Standards.
• Complete departmental and Brand standards training as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance, including a complete uniform and name tag at all times.
• Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, and other surfaces in public areas such as the lobby, pool, and public restrooms.
• Sweep and vacuum floors, hallways, and stairwells; spot clean walls and light fixtures.
• Maintain and store housekeeping equipment and carts; empty vacuum bags as needed.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from carts and pick up trash from parking lot and garden areas.
• Replenish storeroom supplies, rotate linens, and maintain shelf organization; notify supervisor of shortages.
• Report maintenance problems and complete work repair orders.
• Turn in articles left in rooms to management for Lost and Found handling.
• Deliver special request items, such as cribs, to guest rooms.
• Maintain safe working conditions and security within the department and hotel.

Job Summary

The Houseperson plays a key role in the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding guest expectations for public area cleanliness and by assisting in the delivery of guest service. The Houseperson ensures guest satisfaction through public area cleanliness and attentiveness to guests' needs.

What You'll Do
