Job summary

PARKVIEW HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a dedicated Houseman to join our California, MD team. You will support housekeeping by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and public spaces, while helping with setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality support preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Remove trash and soiled linens from hallways, floors, and public spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and common areas
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from hallways, floors, and public spaces
• Set up and break down furniture, equipment, and event spaces as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, supply closets, and back-of-house areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with luggage or other needs
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and assist room attendants during high-occupancy periods
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to supervisors

Requirements:
