Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Housekeeping Training Development Partner to lead the department's training program. You will coach, mentor, and evaluate new hires through a 90-day development plan, ensuring alignment with MGM Resorts standards and service excellence.

You will own the training schedule, collaborate with Housekeeping leaders, and identify opportunities for ongoing education while fostering servant leadership and a culture of accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience or relative experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a major hotel/complex preferred.
• Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the extensive training program for new Housekeeping team members.
• Facilitate ongoing training on safety and service excellence.
• Coach and develop employees during class and one-on-one sessions.
• Review progress of new hires at key intervals.
• Own the training schedule for the department and coordinate start dates.
• Lead implementation of new programs requiring training of housekeeping team.
