OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Team Associate to maintain immaculate guest rooms at our property. You will stock supplies, report maintenance needs, and perform both light touch and full cleaning to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates are neat, organized, and capable of handling physically demanding tasks. You will uphold a professional appearance and follow safety protocols while delivering excellent service to guests and staff.

• Be neat and organized to maintain spotless rooms.
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Pride in presenting a clean, well-kept guest room.
• Able to select appropriate cleaning tools and products for different surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies for the day.
• Report room maintenance to the front desk and team members.
• Perform light touch or full clean as required.
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock and replace amenities.
• Maintain a professional appearance with pressed uniform and proper PPE.

What will you be doing most days?

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently
• Report room maintenance to the front desk staff and other team members
• Know the difference between ‘light touch’ and ‘full clean’ and know how to complete both effectively
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities
• Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements For This Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
