Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall guidance, implementation, corrective authority, and training of housekeepers and Floor Technicians as Industry and Departmentspecific layout. Manage a staff between 12–23 direct reports, up to a full shift of35 on weekends and off days or as dictated.

Qualifications:

A. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire or transfer to thedepartment. Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting,preferred. Courses in hospital, hospitality or institutional management arepreferred.
B. Training and Experience:
Experience in functions to be supervised. Experience in supervision ordirecting activities. Verbal ability to communicate with department, hospital,and medical staff. Clerical, computer skills, to complete written records andexchange preferred.

A. Extensive walking, stooping, and standing for long hours.
