• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire or transfer to the department. Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting, preferred. Courses in hospital, hospitality or institutional management are preferred.
• Training and Experience: Experience in functions to be supervised. Experience in supervision or directing activities. Verbal ability to communicate with department, hospital, and medical staff. Clerical, computer skills, to complete written records and exchange preferred.
