Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Houseperson to support the daily operations of our property, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work under the Housekeeping Manager, coordinate with front of house teams, and perform deep cleaning tasks and limited room support duties as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
• Communicate daily with leadership regarding assignments and timeframes.
• Maintain clean, neat corridors, service areas and public spaces.
• Perform room support after checkout, including stripping bedding and trash.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE protocols.
• Support housekeeping attendants and Front of House teams.
