Job summary

The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to support Room Attendants and maintain cleanliness across assigned floors and public areas. You will follow Biltmore standards and SOPs, ensuring safe handling of supplies and timely tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and one year of cleaning experience in a hotel setting, with strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest floor landings, hallways, and service areas to Biltmore standards.
• Assist Room Attendants by stripping rooms and removing linen and trash.
• Stock carts and closets with clean linen and supplies.
• Make up and deliver rollaway beds, cribs, and other items as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
