The iconic Old Post Office has been transformed into Waldorf Astoria Washington DC—reaffirming its status as one of Washington, D.C.'s premier addresses. With 263 rooms, 38,000 sq ft of event space, 2 restaurants, and 3 bars, this venue hosts Washington’s most important events, meetings, and memorable experiences.

• Classification: Full Time
• Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Range: $32.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and supervising staff to meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assessing inventory, assigning, and inspecting rooms
• Verifying room status and reporting discrepancies
• Monitoring payroll, work schedules, and inventory
• Coordinating with Engineering for maintenance issues
• Performing duties as needed and assisting in staff evaluations
• Responding promptly to guest requests
