Housekeeping Supervisor - TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA

Join us at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham, MA, known as "the Gateway to the Cape." We are excited to add a new leader to our team.

We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with housekeeping experience to gain management skills in a supportive environment.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will manage housekeeping operations according to brand standards to promote a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and quality.

Pay: $19 - $21 Per Hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day shifts, weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and report directly to the General Manager
• Train and manage all housekeeping staff, ensuring service standards and protocols are followed
• Inspect all rooms and assist with cleaning when necessary
• Prioritize tasks and exercise good judgment in responsibilities

Requirements:

• Cleaning and hotel housekeeping experience required
• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is a plus
• Flexible schedule availability
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
