Housekeeping Supervisor - TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA

We are excited to add a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with housekeeping experience to gain management skills in a supportive environment.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee housekeeping operations according to brand standards, fostering a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.

Pay:

$19 - $21 Per Hour

Job Type:

Full-Time

Shift:

Day shifts, weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, demonstrating exemplary performance for staff to follow, and report directly to the General Manager.
• Manage and train all housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, protocols, and policies.
• Inspect rooms and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Prioritize tasks and exercise good judgment in managing responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Cleaning experience required.
• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
