Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards for guest stays.

You will supervise daily operations, train staff, inspect rooms, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and sanitation protocols in a vibrant Florida Keys resort setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
