Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role for 7am-3pm shifts oversees cleaning programs to keep resident areas safe, clean, and comfortable.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, training, and hiring of the housekeeping staff, with a focus on compassion for residents and a professional, efficient work ethic. We offer comprehensive benefits and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of housekeeping experience required.
• One (1) year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move-in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.
