Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate housekeeping programs across the community, ensuring safe, clean, and comfortable spaces for residents and guests.

You will develop schedules, supervise the team, train staff on policies, and coordinate rental/move-in cleaning, with full benefits including insurance and a 401(k). Spectrum values compassion, reliability, and high standards in resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of housekeeping experience.
• At least one year in a supervisory/management role in housekeeping or environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and family members.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate cleaning of move-in and rent-ready apartments.
• Train staff on policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
