Freedom Village Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry across independent living, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing areas.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with health standards, and foster a warm, confidential environment for residents and families while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Housekeeping experience in a resort, hotel, or medical setting.
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.
• Ensures Health Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried per State and Federal regulations.
• Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and sanitary conditions throughout the facilities.
