The Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport hotel in Herndon, VA seeks a Housekeeping Inspector to supervise and inspect Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants, ensuring standards are met. You will train staff and support operations to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction and train staff.
• Inspect, assign, and record housekeeping actions; respond to guest concerns.
• Develop service programs to increase guest satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow chemical procedures for safety/risk management.
• Direct staff performance and coaching; ensure training records are maintained.
• Attend meetings and optimize housekeeping operations; manage multiple priorities.
