The Oasis Club at Champions Gate, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor - Public Spaces in Davenport, FL. Lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure clean, welcoming public areas across a resort setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in resort/hotel housekeeping, familiarity with SDS safety standards, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage schedules and guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of resort/hotel/private club housekeeping experience.
• Experience with SDS/Chemical Safety standards & protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
• Must be able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Environment/Noise

• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• May work near moving mechanical parts or come into contact with toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.
