Job summary

The Setai Hotel in Miami Beach seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure exceptional housekeeping standards and guest satisfaction. Applicants must have luxury hotel experience with at least two years as a supervisor or five years as a room attendant.

Applicants should have luxury hotel housekeeping experience and should provide outstanding housekeeping services ensuring that guests enjoy an experience which meets The Setai’s standards of excellence in guest service and quality. He or she should be very organized, efficient and self‑motivated while also being task oriented. Follow ups are essential. The individual must be responsible and have good understanding of customer service. A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor OR five (5) years of experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury or Boutique hotel.
