Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is seeking a Houseperson Supervisor to oversee the Housekeeping Houseperson team and ensure public areas meet Omni standards. You’ll coordinate guest requests and lead floor care activities with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes supervisory leadership, training staff, and maintaining a fast-paced, welcoming environment for guests and associates alike, with a commitment to consistent cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months housekeeping/environmental services experience.
• Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to train staff to handle high volumes while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests and directs others to complete them.
• Ensures Housepersons coordinate with GRAs or Turndown Attendants.
• Leads floor care team and completes floor care responsibilities as needed.
• Checks chute rooms and guest room corridors for cleanliness.
• Checks inventory of linen rooms closets.
• Checks vending machine area.
• Assists in moving furniture.
• Provides guidance and performance feedback to Houseperson team.
• Completes projects and other assignments as directed by Housekeeping management.
