Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Supervisory Housekeeper in San Francisco to lead the housekeeping team and ensure clean, safe environments for residents and staff. You will schedule staff, plan cleaning programs, and monitor supplies and safety protocols in a long-term care setting.

The role requires at least a year of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and the ability to enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of related housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Experience scheduling housekeeping staff.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules.
• Plans and schedules cleaning programs for offices, residents, and public areas.
• Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies for the department.
• Ensures safety and compliance with MSDS, OSHA, EPA and related rules.
• May assist with budget monitoring and resident billing when applicable.
