Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate staffing schedules for offices, public areas, residences and grounds
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs including annuals and move-ins
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, ensure safe handling/storage of materials
• Assist in training sessions and department meetings for housekeeping
• Ensure staff are trained on safe handling of cleaning chemicals and compliance with safety standards
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed in various areas
• May monitor the housekeeping department budget and resident charges as applicable
• Maintain a safe working environment and protect equipment
