The RIT Inn & Conference Center, located in Rochester, New York, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards. You will train staff, manage inventories, and coordinate scheduling to maintain a productive environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
• Inspect guestrooms, student rooms, and common areas for cleanliness and functioning fixtures; create work orders for deficiencies.
• Maintain stock levels and organize housekeeping closets for accessibility.
• Monitor vacant ready rooms daily to ensure readiness for sale.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and maintaining productivity and payroll targets.
• Serve as a primary trainer for new housekeeping associates and support staff development.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and department projects as assigned.
