Job summary

Maple Lawn Manor is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain resident rooms, common areas and offices with regular cleaning and laundry duties. The position offers competitive pay and full-time benefits including PTO, medical, dental and vision for eligible employees.

Essential duties include cleaning, dusting and sanitizing areas, handling cleaning of baseboards and fixtures, and performing additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to read and abide by safety materials
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and residents

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas
• Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter
• Perform laundry functions as needed
