Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and fill work distribution reports.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleaning to standard.
• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain written records for lost and found items.
• Run a departure report and recheck all rooms in your section.
• Write work orders for repairs and report safety hazards to management.
