Peachtree Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean. You will supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, train staff, and work with Engineering to maintain guest room items.

This role supports outstanding guest service and hotel profitability while managing supplies and schedules. The position involves evaluating 25 to 80 rooms per day, performing duties as needed, and leveraging computer systems for

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness standards.

• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to maintain items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and monitor stock rooms and carts.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties as needed to support operations.

Job description

The Housekeeping Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and House persons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms and carts and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties, as needed.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Ability to clean rooms, when needed
• Physically able to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleans and boxes of inventory
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
