Job summary

Chelsea Piers is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will lead a team in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hospitality experience, be proficient with cleaning equipment, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional service quality for members. This role requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on a Hospitality Team is preferred.
• Commit to 30+ hours per week.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Exhibit 'Above Expectations' performance on Quarterly Reviews.
• 100% reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the club and equipment.
• Operate and understand cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with event set-up and breakdown.
• Oversee and assist in completion of special projects.
• Train new housekeeping hires.
