Job summary

The Wildbirch Hotel is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team under the Executive Housekeeper. You will train staff, monitor cleanliness, and ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas meet brand standards for a welcoming stay.

You will also coordinate with the front desk, manage shift coverage, and help with inventory control and safety protocols to maintain high service quality and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning commercial properties required.
• Great communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate housekeeping staff; inspect rooms to ensure brand standards are met.
• Oversee workloads, assign tasks, and assist in laundry as needed.
