Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor at the DoubleTree Abilene Downtown Convention Center. The role leads Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring clean rooms, public areas, and guest spaces while coordinating with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues.

You will oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance, while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspect and verify room status, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, inventory, and lost and found processes.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering and Property Operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign, inspect, and verify room readiness and promptly report discrepancies.
• Monitor work schedules, payroll, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Support housekeeping operations by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed to maintain service levels.
• Delight our guests by addressing special needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
