Qualifications

• Two to three years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of comparable size and complexity with supervisory experience or training.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and assist the Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff and ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Address guest concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
