Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and support staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

You will supervise attendants, inspect rooms, manage supplies, and uphold HVMG’s standards of cleanliness and service across the property. A warm, professional demeanor is required to reflect our Culture of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus; combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culture of Excellence reflected in daily work and attitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead housekeeping team to keep guest rooms and public areas clean and well-maintained.
• Supervise staff, inspect rooms, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
• Provide a path for career growth within hospitality management.
