Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Spokane Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our Spokane, WA property. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure clean, welcoming rooms and a positive guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with the front desk and maintenance, and vigilance in inventory and scheduling to support daily hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found and scheduling.
• Inspect and/or clean multiple rooms each day.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
