You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety procedures are followed while maintaining a positive team environment and efficient service within the hotel. This role emphasizes attention to detail and effective communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bi-lingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service by supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring timely, courteous service to guests.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations and SOPs.
• Direct staff performance, provide coaching and training, and maintain training records.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings and manage workload to meet productivity standards.
