Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the AC and Residence Inn Dallas Frisco. You’ll lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure clean, welcoming rooms that meet brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Room Attendants and House Attendants, coordinating inspections, and maintaining safety and security practices to protect guests and property. The role requires a High School diploma and 2-3 years in hotel housekeeping, with prior supervisory experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.
