Job summary

Hilton Arlington, a premier hotel in Arlington, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a proactive team and maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee daily operations, inspect units, train staff, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a full-time schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hotel or related field experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and training.
• Handle lost-and-found, key control, and access to secure areas safely.
• Set high sanitation and cleanliness standards across all facilities.
